From verdict to tag in four steps.

    Check your shirt

    Run it through KitLegit. Tags are for shirts that come back authentic.

    Order a tag

    Tap "Get NFC tag" on the result. Each tag is programmed for that one shirt and posted to you.

    Attach and activate

    Fix it to the shirt, then activate it with one tap of your phone.

  4. 04

    Anyone can tap it

    Any NFC phone opens the shirt's KitLegit certificate. No app needed.

Why tag it

Proof that travels with the shirt.

For sellers it answers "is it real?" before it's asked. For collectors it keeps the proof on the shirt for good.

Proof you can touch
The certificate is one tap away, at a car boot, a stall or a handover. No screenshots, no links to send.
It stays with the shirt
Sell the shirt and the tag goes with it, so the next owner gets the proof too.
It can't be moved
A tag is fixed to its shirt. Take it off and it stops working, so it cannot be swapped onto a fake.

Which shirts can get a tag?

Any shirt you own that has an authentic KitLegit result. One tag per shirt.

How much is a tag?

Tags start at £3.49 plus UK delivery. You see the exact price, with delivery, before you pay.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not yet. Tags ship to UK addresses for now; from anywhere else you can join the waitlist in the app.

Does the person tapping need the KitLegit app?

No. Any phone with NFC opens the shirt's certificate in the browser.

Can I move a tag to another shirt?

No. Once it's attached it belongs to that shirt, and removing it deactivates it.
